Beer Cheese Dip

Ingredients

3/4 cup Jim’s Wings Amber Ale

3/4 cup Whole Milk

2 T. Butter

1 T. Flour

1 T. Dijon Mustard

1 T. Worchestire Sauce

1 tsp. Paprika

1 tsp. Garlic Powder

1 1/2 cups of Shredded Cheddar

Salt

Instructions

  1. Melt butter over medium high heat.

  2. Once melted, add flour and stir for 1 minute.

  3. Add beer and milk while whisking.

  4. Add Dijon mustard and worchestire sauce.

  5. Continue whisking and add salt to taste.

  6. Add cheese and turn the heat off. Stir until melted.

  7. Enjoy with pretzels and a nice cold Jim’s Wings Amber Ale from Horse & Dragon!
