Ingredients
4 thinly sliced chicken breasts
2 cups of flour
3 eggs
1 tsp. each of garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika
Canola Oil for frying, olive oil for garlic
Equal parts Jim’s Wings Hot Sauce & honey
2 T. Old Bay seasoning
Mayo
Your favorite sandwich fixings
Instructions
1. To roast the garlic, preheat oven at 400 degrees. Cut off the top of the garlic, cover with olive oil, salt and pepper. Wrap in foil and roast for about 1 hour. When done, push out garlic and combine with mayo.
2. Prep dredging station and season all bowls of flour and eggs with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
3. Combine Jim’s Wings Hot Sauce, honey, and Old Bay seasoning in a sauce pot and bring to a simmer.
4. Heat oil in a deep pot until it reaches 350 degrees. Coat chicken in flour, eggs, then flour before frying. Cook chicken, flipping halfway, about 12-15 minutes until fully cooked and reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit. Let the chicken rest on a wire rack or pan and salt.
5. Assemble your sandwich with your favorite fixings and enjoy!
